Swiss System (no one is eliminated) will be used. USCF rated.

The tournament is divided into 4 sections by grade level: K-3, K-5, K-8, and K-12.

K-3 and K-5: (4 rounds) 9:00, 11:00, 1:30, 3:30.
K-8 and K-12: (3 rounds) 9:00, 12:30, 4:00.

$20.00 if pre-registered by 6:00 p.m. on March 4, 2011. $25.00 before 8:45 a.m. on the date of the tournament.

K-3 and K-5: Top 5 individuals & Top 3 teams.
K-8 and K-12: Top 3 individuals & Top team.

1 half-point bye available if requested before Round 1. No byes available for the last round.

Online registration is preferred; registration and payment via Paypal (credit card or bank account) will be accepted through 6:00 p.m. on March 4, 2011. Registration on site is between 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. on the date of the tournament. Registration after 8:45 a.m. will result in a 1st round bye. Cash and checks accepted. Current USCF membership is required (expiration date no earlier than March 2011). Registration can be purchased online at http://www.uschess.org.
